Everyone gets a headache at some point or another. Some even suffer with head-aches every single day. So whether you're an occasional head-ache sufferer or a daily head-ache sufferer, today I'd like to share with you 10 ways to kick a head-ache NATURALLY! No meds required! 10. Drink water!
9. Caffeine- coffee, chocolate, etc.
8. Try a hot or cold compress while lying down in a dark quiet room.
7. Inhale steam from boiling water, a hot shower, etc.

4. Take an epsom salt bath (while drinking plenty of water!)
