10 Ways to Kick a Head-Ache Naturally.


     Everyone gets a headache at some point or another. Some even suffer with head-aches every single day. So whether you're an occasional head-ache sufferer or a daily head-ache sufferer, today I'd like to share with you 10 ways to kick a head-ache NATURALLY! No meds required! If you know of any others, please share them with us by commenting below! =)

10. Drink water!

9.  Caffeine- coffee, chocolate, etc.

8. Try a hot or cold compress while lying down in a dark quiet room.

7. Inhale steam from boiling water, a hot shower, etc.

6. Do some yoga.

5. Massage (or ask someone else to) your face and scalp.

4. Take an epsom salt bath (while drinking plenty of water!)

3. Eat a handful of almonds.

2. Submerge your feet in warm water and (while bending your head forward) place an ice pack on the back of your neck.

1. Massage some peppermint oil diluted with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, etc) into your temples, forehead, and the back of your neck.

  1. I put full strength peppermint oil on my neck, temples, jaw, and a couple places in my hair when I get a migraine. It is amazing!

    1. You are very welcome, I hope they will help you also! Peppermint oil is my best friend when I have a head-ache! Before discovering essential oils, I pretty much lived on goodies headache powder for my head-aches. Not anymore! Thanks for your comment hun!
